Job Title: Business Development Executive - Huntsville Job Category: Business Development and Marketing Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local * * * Opportunity: - Lead business development efforts across the greater Huntsville, Alabama federal market. - Support growth initiatives spanning all seven of CACI’s strategic markets. - Build and expand customer relationships across Army, MDA, NASA, Space, Intelligence, and federal organizations. - Identify, shape, and help capture new business opportunities aligned to customer mission priorities. - Serve as a key representative for CACI within the Huntsville defense and aerospace ecosystem. Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the Huntsville market. - Build and maintain a multi-year pipeline aligned to growth objectives. - Develop and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders. - Collaborate with operations, capture, proposal, pricing, contracts, and technical teams to pursue opportunities. - Monitor customer priorities, procurement forecasts, and acquisition trends. - Lead or support opportunity shaping activities including customer meetings, RFIs, white papers, and industry events. - Support capture activities including teaming strategies, competitive assessments, and win strategies. - Provide actionable market intelligence and customer insights to leadership teams. - Participate in milestone reviews, pipeline reviews, and strategic growth planning. - Coordinate across CACI business groups to align capabilities with customer mission needs. - Help strengthen CACI’s brand and presence within the Huntsville federal community. - Support growth on existing contracts and identify expansion opportunities. - Develop and maintain relationships with small business and industry teaming partners. - Communicate opportunity status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership. - Represent CACI at customer engagements, conferences, and industry forums. Qualifications Required: • 10+ years of federal contracting business development, capture, or related growth experience. • Demonstrated experience supporting customers within the Huntsville federal market. • Proven ability to develop and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline. • Strong understanding of federal acquisition and procurement processes. • Experience collaborating across operational and functional teams to advance opportunities. • Proven ability to build and maintain customer and industry relationships. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience supporting defense, intelligence, space, missile defense, or federal civilian customers. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Desired Qualifications: • Existing customer relationships within Army, MDA, NASA, Space, or Intelligence organizations in Huntsville. • Experience supporting large and complex federal pursuits. • Familiarity with Shipley-based business development and capture processes. • Active Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance. • Experience supporting technology-focused solutions including cyber, software, AI/ML, cloud, or systems engineering. - What You Can Expect:  A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The Budget Specialist is responsible for assisting in the execution of the Space Integration and Interdiction Division (SI2D) budget. The Threat System Analysis & Defeat Operation offers a unique opportunity to analyze and find vulnerabilities in non-traditional, complex systems. The ideal candidate is a curious engineer who enjoys diving into the details of how things work, why they work that way, and how they will fail. This role will enable you to learn and gain experience in a wide array of engineering and computing disciplines with significant opportunities for deep-dive analytical thinking. Duties include using static and dynamic analysis tools to facilitate reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis efforts. This includes examining software for known and new vulnerabilities, reverse engineering software to understand the impact of vulnerabilities on the operation of the system, creating custom static and dynamic analysis tools for automated analysis, developing tools to analyze and inject datalink messages and other communication protocols, and documenting identified vulnerabilities and their impact in detail. Key Responsibilities • Reverse engineer embedded hardware and software with limited reference information • Extract binary contents from embedded processing systems • Analyze software binaries and analog circuits • Generate technical reports and schematics to describe system operation • Work with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and repair inoperable hardware • Operate military equipment in laboratory and field test environments to support characterization efforts • Mentor junior engineers Required Qualifications • US Citizenship • Active TS/SCI Clearance • 15 years of related engineering experience.  At least 5 years of this experience must include military weapon analysis, repair, and/or testing. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering • Experience generating technical reports and schematics to describe system operation • Experience extracting binary contents contained within embedded systems • Experience analyzing, operating, troubleshooting, and repairing military weapons • Experience characterizing system algorithms from analysis of binaries • Ability to mentor junior engineers Desired Qualifications Experience or familiarity with any of the following: • Embedded systems analysis • Assembly languages such as MIPS and ARM • Programming languages such as C • Telemetry hardware concepts • Developing custom software and hardware tools to assist in performing reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis • Weapon system analysis including digital signal processing and tracking algorithms • US Intelligence Community or DoW contracting • Demonstrated ability to lead teams of at least 3-5 engineers Radiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
